I cannot find a layout for the card or label stock I am using listed in the software. What can I do?
Because Avery and other label manufacturers use many different sku # for the same exact label and card stock and add new sku's all the time it is virtually impossible list every sku that matches every label. For example, the standard US address label, Avery 5160 is sold under the following sku's and others:
25160 5160 5260 5510 5520 5560 5810 5960 8160 8250 8460 8560 8620 8660 8810 5970 5971 5972 5979 5980 6460 6461 6498
We try to list as many as possible within the software so the best way to find the sku you need is to enter the sku you have into the Search SKU box on the Layouts screen within the program. That will match it against all listed sku's and display any matches.
In the unlikely event that you cannot find an exact match select one that appears close then click the New button and adjust the spacing to match what you have. And be sure to let us know so we can add it.
