Import and Print Address Labels From any Address Source

Label Designer Plus DELUXE is powerful address label software you can use to create address labels from an internal list of addresses, Excel file or any other database of addresses.

Creating great-looking address labels with our address label software couldn't be easier. All you need is a list of addresses, either to be entered manually or already in a standard file format, such as Excel, CSV, Access or a plain text file. You can choose to import them into the built-in Names and Addresses Database or link directly to your addresses in their original location. There is no need to re-enter the addresses directly or have multiple copies of the same address list you need to maintain.

Once the addresses are available you create a new label based on an address label template, such as the standard Avery 8160, select the address data location and print any or all addresses each on a separate label. Addresses can be sorted an filtered to include or exclude address and printed in the order you want.

You are not limited to printing on just one type of label layout. In fact, you can choose from a wide variety of templates from Avery and many other manufacturers. Templates include standard address labels, shipping labels, return address labels and decorative package labels. You can also include other information, use different fonts and colors and even include pictures on your address labels. You have complete control!
